📌 Important to Know
All visa types in Kuwait including Employment Visas are exclusively issued by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). However, MOI does not directly offer digital downloads of visas. Traditionally, Employment Visas must be collected in person from the MOI Visa Centre by:
- The company’s Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- The Sponsor
- Or an officially authorized representative
🔄 New Digital System - Effective from March 3, 2024
To enhance transparency and accessibility, MOI and MOFA have jointly empowered the Public Authority of Manpower to:

- 📤 Allow visa holders to submit essential information
- 📎 Upload and access verified copies of Employment Visas online
